Hi There People
I would be interested in a group buy of some aleph 2 boards. I would like to use brianGT's layout. If I could get an idea of how many, if anyone would be interested. And anyone with previous experience of doing these things to assist me. regards dave |

Hi "Dhole",
In the spirit if DIY, why not just make your own. That layout is just so simple and it's single sided. You could easily make a pair rather quickly and accurately using several methods. Probably a lot quicker than gettin' a group buy together. I like the "toner transfer method" myself. Run a google search and you'll get a ton of info. All you need is a laser printer or photocopier and a few supplies. I just made a pair of aleph 30 2 sided boards that will be quite servicable and they look pretty good too. Marc |

yeah I guess it could be the way. but I know some guys in the uk who specialise in small runs of pcbs. I think I could offer an attractive price.

If you want to go the home etching route, here is a pdf of the layout that I made a couple of years ago:

If you are going the route of getting boards made, here are the gerber files that were used for the last run of boards:
These are for non-commerical use only. -- Brian |

hello dhole,
Interesting, even though I am still working on a pair of Aleph 5's I would be interested in a couple of boards. Please let us know when you've got a quote for the boards! Regards, Jarno.
