The F4 must be a tough one to better?? Thats assuming the next thing will be a poweramp It could ofcourse be a preamp??

Generally Nelson and Pass labs get good press reviews in german magazine. (I must say in comparison the french ones are a little too shy for my taste...)

i am in line Nelson when the big 1+ kilowatt monster arrives. i want 4 of them. it would make getting the peaches out of the tree easier if i could shake from my deck. serious. do you have a high output design in ab in the works.

A real monster amp from 'Nelson of 2007' .... ??

Would be logical, to me!

( the thought is that: the first 1 watt of an amplifier
is the most important watt

Yes, he has been there before, with plenty of parallel Power MOSFET in output.
But was quite some time ago, by now, this year of 2007.


Is there any public interest in such a project?

YOU BET IT IS!!!

Raw Power always have, and always WILL
attract a vast audiance of many diyAudio members
from all sorts of Countries in all parts of this world.
Reading and writing in all kinds of 'strange' languages
using the most preculiar CharSets = ASCII characters

Your logic is irrefutable. I was just looking at a large pile of
big toroidal transformers this morning, wondering what to do
with them, and since public participation on the "Pass Monster"
has not yielded a result, this would be a good time to do
something different.
