In case you do not go wandering over to the Solid State forum,
I have posted some circuits and results in the Lightspeed Attenuator

Thanks Nelson.
I couldn't imagine a simpler buffer. I guess that it requires a rather quiet power supply. It seems that two 9v batteries would work, while 7815 and 7915 Ic regulators may be noisy for the application?

Default Q for Papa - compromises ?

Papa - do you mind writing few sentences - about compromises STILL present in PL products ?

it's not necessary to mention all exact ones, I'm just interested in your overall approach to them ;

as you can see - I'm not bugging ya for another one schematic ( and then another one and then another one and then another one ......)
