Hi Doc,
in '88 i used one on ESL63's, best budget class A amp at the time. A minimalist as well ; no output fuses, no isolation coil, and no protection circuitry, just 2 fuses per channel in the powerlines. I think it used black and green output devices, something like 8 or 10 per channel ? Those types, Sanken's and Toshiba's, i used later for DIY projects. The Toshiba's are no longer produced i am told, i still have a number of them. Should some need to be replaced, send the m.o. |

Hi Jacco,
Thanks for the help. I was told I needed to replace the bias pots and maybe the transformer. I found some Toshiba 2SC3281 transistors at www.digikey.com . Time will tell. |
