source to buy components
I am looking for sources to buy MF resistors, capacitors and Fets for the ONO. I have tried Reichelt, but min order is 100 Euro. Tried Farnell, Mouser, Digikey, Conrad, etc..but unable to find one that can supply most of the components, esp. the the IRF9610, IRFD9110, 2SC1844, 2SA991, 2SA1016, 2SC2362, 2SA1083, 2SC2545.. anyone can help?
