Simplest BOSOZ current source?

I know there are many ways to add constant current source to BOSOZ
But which one is simplest when using +-60v ?

Is this one suitable in BOSOZ?

It should work perfectly. I'm sure you know, but as drawn the dissipation on R12 is over 1/4 watt....

That's the topology I used in mine. It worked beautifully. At the same time it allowed me to use lower rail voltages, seemingly without penalty. (Seemingly = didn't measure it, but I couldn't hear any degradation in my room.)

Your circiut have a gain of about x70, that is way too much, and that is because you have shortend the sources. And you have about 30 Volt bias across R5 and R8, not that it matters in this case, but they arn't really needed. But if you want to lover the negatieve rail voltage to say 8v you have to remoove them. In order to get less gain you need some resistance between the sources to get x10 or something like that.

If you want to reduce noise a bit, consider putting a small to moderate sized electrolytic across the Zener. It's not really necessary, but it's a cheap, easy way to improve the circuit. The cap need not be a serious audiophile-grade part, as the voltage across it is DC.
