The project(Balanced Zen Line Stage)'s
output capacitors using 10mf.
Is it enough using 5.6mf?

Depends on the Zin of the amp on the other side of the cap. It's the usual formula:
Keep in mind that C is in Farads.
All other factors being equal, your -3dB point will be somewhat less than an octave higher than with the 10uF cap--but nothing is going to blow up if you fiddle with the value of the cap.
