Anyway, official hat on.

Could we keep to the topic please, if anyone wants to complain about moderation, there are plenty of other threads to do it on!

Every once in awhile a thread comes up that is an ideal breading ground for *****ing about the site, the mods, the overall direction etc. This is one. So you see, you just have to take it as it comes.

The short history of the world-wide-web has, of course, no precedents for sites becoming big enough to become self sustaining and then commercial. Totally unheard of, isn't it?
Either this site has a statistically unprecedented concentration of people who are willing to volunteer as janitors for free or something else is going on.
As far as the site dying...well, not all species are meant to survive.
If diyaudio was to die and be reborn from the ashes under a different management/policy , maybe as paying site, I am sure it wouldn't be quite the same, nor it would be visited by the same caliber people.

Anywas, just having fun here, carry on with the tech conversation.

I'd like to see some real numbers myself. ..and to know who's cutting the check.

For God's sake with so many Conspiracy theories beeing banted about I am stunned that JFK or Marylin Munroe have not been dredged up. With this many Paranoid dillusionists on this forum we should seek sponsorship from Pfizer or GSK, not the likes of Lumen Labs!!!

Could you be so kind as to collect my prescription of Vie-en-Gras from Pfizer...and my daily dosis of Soma from GSK too, please?

Thank you.

Im sorry but I cant see the reason for this discussion.

The facts are there and are fairly simple:

Kristijan have stolen IP from Nelson Pass.

The only question that remains is wheather you think its acceptable to steal IP from the unrivalled biggest contributor to this forum and a major contributor to DIY in general, and that question can only be answered by one person...YOU.

If that dosnt conflict with your moral codex, just buy the boards. Its as simple as that.

Everything is do the impossible just takes a little while longer.
