Hallo,
I live in Italy (Rome) and I don't speak english well. Excuse me for this. I have found a Threshold Stasis 3 by my friend. This unit have some power transistor burned. On the electric diagram these tr are marked as A6 and A8. On the body of transisors there are Motorola (mark) "CLASSA6" and "CLASSA8". What are the exact name of these transistor in commercial? Please, what kind of transistor I can replace? Are good the MJ15023/25 or MJ15003/4 ? thank you Rosario from Rome |

Those were Motorola 2N5878 and 76, 80 volt, 4 MHz devices.
You can replace them with most ordinary TO-3's with a 4 MHz bandwidth (Ft) |
