Hello to everybody.
If more people are interested I would like to start a Group Buy for IRFP044s but for Germany only to save shipping costs. The price at Richardson Electronics is $0,87 per piece for more than 100 pieces. It should cost no more than € 0,95 per piece after Taxes, Shipping costs etc. If more are interested please inform me before I order for myself. |

Hi Promitheus!
I'd be interested in that group buy. Have you checked some German resources for prices? |

The problem about Reichelt is that you never can be quite sure what you get concerning same lot code or even manufacturer. But you are right, a call might be useful.

Just sent an email to Reichelt and asked for original IR devices from one production lot. I'll keep you informed about their response.

From what I know Reichelt only has the IRFP044N types and not the ones without N.
Do you think they are the same? How many pieces would you guys want? If anybody knows another source please post. |

You are right, the "N"-type is what they stock. But nevertheless I have asked for the non-N-version, which they certainly will be able to deliver.

Hi Promitheus,
I am also interested in 150 pcs. of IRFP044's (not the -N version!) in a groupbuy if I'm not in the groupbuy of PrimeCase (I'm on the "Waiting List" of that groupbuy) I wonder if you can find a (European-) supplier that can beat the very good price of Richardsons!!

I just discovered that we have Richardson Electronics also in Germany: http://www.rell.com/international/Germany.asp.
Perhaps it might be a good idea to ask them for prices. |
