Is there a Mouser or Digikey part number? I am new to amp building and new here so I have not seen a BOM with the actual part number. Same for the thermo part in series with the power transformer primary.

THF-51S, it is working fine on my bench.
It does match with lateral mosfet.
Cheers and have fun with your iron

Haven’t tried the 2SK182E yet, unable to comment, other builders would help.
You need to have a curve tracer to work it out the Vgs for matching purpose.

Cheers

NB: only the output stage reflected the Pass design, input is a 1:10 step up transformer from 50VA 240V/24V.

Salut Soundhappy,
Glad that you like it.
Who dares to switch off bias supply while the SIT is under voltage potential?

Cheers
