I am assembling the A5 using Mark Finnis' boards (using the A4 board from his site). My power supply (625 VA 30-0-30 toroid; rectifier from Wayne Sankey's A2 on Passdiy; 2.2 mH Erse inductor in CLC filter w/ 68000 50v caps) provides ~+/-32v.
Power up fried the 221R resistor on V- side (R22 on Mark's pcb; in series with 75R) on both channels. Can anybody shed some light on this for this me? Thanks in advance Steve |

Is this one of the gate stoppers? If so, I would think that the fet is shorted or fried. They are static sensitive you know.
