Or do the opto regulate this with bad THF-51S?

if concept is confirmed for two regular IRFP gates ,8V apart ,and mixed gates 500mV apart , can't see why not ....

Yep, buying new is faster than remembering and finding in your box. Sometimes remembering and finding that box is a task.

Think about how many parts are sleeping, especially those tubes. We are all greedy already.

But this is the way to keep the industry alive for us I think.

See, we are important for the part industries. And DIY is not cheap already.

I will soon post the Octave/Matlab code for plotting the spectrum and distortion residual waveform.

The code will require using another program to generate the amplifier response to a sine wave input. The current alternatives are:

• Audacity, requiring multiple steps in its GUI.
• Linux shell script using simultaneous aplay and arecord.

If someone can provide other alternatives for Mac OSX or Windows it would be appreciated.
