Pete uses the 2N7000 N channel Mosfet. The Toshiba/LS 2SK170 or
2SK370 have opposite pinouts, so you just turn them around. After that,
you want to note the different Vds, which is about 4V for the Mosfets and
0V for the Jfets, so the input bias voltage resistors would be adjusted
accordingly.

And as PM notes, you want to add a Gate stopper resistor on the Fets.

Correction: you can leave the input bias resistors the same.
