Very nice! But where are the heatsinks?
I think it's better not to mount your output MOSFETs to a brushed aluminum surface. It's too rough. You should polish it first. Because heat transfer will be better to a smooth polished surface.
I think it's a black 10mm thick aluminum sheet where the heatsinks will be attached to?

You are maybe right about that, but with the insulators I think it will be ok.
Im using Laird Tgard 210.

Rectifiers in the bottom, straight under the connection to the capacitors. The green boards are speaker protection.
