HI! I,am 1st time on forum.Have a 2 questions : 1. may i put IRF142 for ALEPH2, 2. what tranzistor change MPSA18 & ZTX450

1) Works just fine

2) Just about any NPN signal transistor with a gain of 100 or
more.
