For a 230V AC line do I need to use a CL60 thermistor (5 amp max), a CL 110 (3.2 amp max), or a CL 120 (1.7 amp max)?
In fact my question is: if I use a CL 60 on my Aleph 3 with a 230V AC line the resistance of the CL 60 will be 1 or more ohms permanently (according to datasheet), is it a problem? What will be the voltage drop on the transformer primary? |

Ok, but what about the drop voltage of the thermistor?
Under 5 amps the resistance of the CL60 is 0.18 ohm, but with an Aleph 3 and a 230V AC line the thermistor will work at approximatively 1 amp. So the CL60 resistance won't be less than 1 ohm. Is it acceptable? |
