Someone to check pinning (spacing) of the transformer (I found TRIAD equivalent with different spacing for pin 1 and 2)?!

We have to agree about colours for silkscreen and soldermask.

Here the pair prices, all boards ENIG, 2x35µm, E-tested (without shipping):
- green/white --> 15€
- blue/white or black/white --> 17€
- red/black or white/black --> 19€

Not sure this is what you meant: I don't have eagle so I took the measurements off a 1:1 print-out. There, the pin spacings (within my accuracy) match the drawing on the Edcor web-site. Also the outer dimensions of the transformer and the TEKO housing seem OK.

While ENIG looks nice and is easier to solder, I would prefer HASL. It's cheaper, and does not have the risk of "Gold Embrittlement of Solder Joints".

I'm using ENIG since 5 years for military airbone developments without problems. Ok mainly SMD PBA's. This technologie is qualified in my company.

It's always wise to purchase a single pcb for testing before buying a large quantity.
Things can easily be overlooked that sometimes only become obvious once building begins.

If and when it all comes to pass, I have Fairchild fets. At least enough for a certain number of sets.

I could also get International Rectifier. Is that better?

No. Fairchild were the parts used in the original, but IRf will work just fine.
