Default A Pass inspired SE MOSFET amp, single supply

Someone suggested I should probably have posted this here rather than at Solid State, so I'll just post a link.

Single Ended Class A, No global feedback, 8W, MOSFET, low output Z

Might be interesting to power it from a car battery (though it doesn't need a super clean supply, rejects ripple pretty nicely).
