Default Isolating Bridge Rectifier Ground for Zen v4

In Fig. 6 of the Zen v4. Can I get away with using a 100V 25A bridge rectifier instead of the 200V 35A shown in the schematic? I'm specifically referring to the bridge rectifier used to isolate different grounds and not the AC -> DC rectified bridge.

Something tells me that it would not be safe to use 100V or less bridge as to say, the possibility that a mains 117/234VAC lead could short the chassis?

I'm sure you can. The current is the important thing, the
voltage can be 10 V if you like.
