I have a sine-wave signal of 200V(picco-peak), 100mA and 450kHz. my problem is in the tide that is too much low. I should arrive at least to 3A. how can I do for amplifying the tide? do you have some scheme to be able to propose me? I am desperate..

200W at 450Khz?
Sounds like a job for tubes. Build a Circlotron with six 6C33B or 6336 outputs. Unless you want to build a class C RF amp? One 811 can put out 225W as an RF amp. |
