Default Pass DIY preamp PCB?

Id like to know If there is any complete pcb boards and instructions available to build a quality pass preamp. I checked the DIY website dosent look like anything Ia there. THANKS

... maybe a second try will be luckier...

check for the balanced line stage, you will find also the gerber files
