XA.8 single-ended current sources

The best constant current source for the XA.8 I could get in simulation is the one in the attached file. It also compensates the drain gate current of the MOSFET by delivering this current into the sense resistor. It is temperature compensated by the TL431.
(Of course the 1µOhm resistors are for simualtion only and are replaced by wires.)

pr: I played around with a different CCS circuit using a TL431 that had very good thermal and distortion performance but show a tendency to oscillate in the Bode plot unless a Miller compensation capacitor was added.
