Default SIT follower

At RMAF I had the chance to listen to the 40th anniversary of the VFET amps that Nelson designed. They are execilent sounding and were the highlight of my RMAF visit.

Now I'm obsessing about making the follower version of the SIT amp. I realized we can drive the follower with anything from a BA-3 to the LSK pre. We just need to figure out a good way to bias the output Follower. I also realize that Nelson said he would grace us with his take on this. So this is just a thred to speculate.

Any takers?

Ok for matched Vfet pairs & huge heatsinks.
This topology is with Jensen input transformers like in CSX amp ?
Speculate can be constructive
Cheers

I have a version of the follower amp suitable for DIY nearly complete. It
will be the Part 2 of the Sony VFET Amplifier article, to be completed hopefully
before the end of year.

Nelson, as a more or less 20 adversity deal what about reviving one of your old patients. So us poor folks might get 100 watts or more
out of a pair of those rather pricey devices using some cheap Irf devices to handle most of the heat.

Presumably something topologically like an F3, woody?
