Strange behaviour of my F5

The two secondaries come out as pairs.
The electricity Flows out of one of the pair and Returns in, in the other of the pair.
You have quite correctly twisted these as pairs.
But as far as I can see you have not paired up any other Flow and Return wires and certainly not twisted them.

I am guessing you are doing this deliberately for your reason/s, or due to lack of knowledge.
If you have reason/s, let's hear them.

Tell me, how and why I should. It would create a wire jungle to twist all DC conductors from the rectifiers to the regulator boards and then to the amp boards and and and….
