Nice price for Power Transistor

For example an IRFP240 cost 0.89€ but to be able to buy this part, we must order over 400 or 1000 unit:

Hy Psykok,

have a look at reichelt .de, they sell the 9610 at 0,50 € and the 240 at 1€ and you don't need to buy 1000 pcs, the trafos on the same site are at 39€ for the 500VA, you can find everything to build your Aleph at very cheap prices but they don't have correct power supply caps. For the heatsink have a look at fischerelectronik.de, this is a german heatsink factory, I don't know if they sell to private buyer but why don't try it?

thanks Yonnat, but I know reichelt.de. I order many part for my Zen4 int this shop
But richelt sells IRFP240 for 1,35€ and not for 1€.

For heatsink a give you an other address shop in France: www.seem-semrac.fr . This shop have a big choice for heatsink for very interesting prices.

For my AlephX a will use IRFP044 because I plan to build 50W version.
