I have curves comparing performance for many of these parts in
Common Source mode, including the UJN1208K against the IRFP240.
The 1208K can behave very comparably, and the biggest difference from
a performance standpoint is that it has quite a bit lower Drain impedance,
so it is more amenable to "tweaking" via the harmonic adjustment pot and
it likes lots of voltage.
