This would be groups of 4 in parallel. For 8 groups I'm guessing I can probably get away with 50-75. But there is probably a price break at 100 so maybe I'll just get extra and provide a service to some folks here to give back a little.

Just bought 50 of them
Farnell 2.26 pound sterling 1-25 units and 2.28 for 25 to 100 units (Vishay)
Conrad electronic 1.17 each, 0.95 for 25 and 0.89 for 50 ( IR )
Guess were I go them from ?

That depends on the cost for sending it to you .

I was an extra 5 pounds for the postage.
If that is the actual item on the picture I would worry
Good price but 1.17 pound sterling is 1.364 euro (just checked)

you have to put the "pbf" suffix no the device -- this means "lead free".

RS have got them too.

I bought 50 on E-Bay for about 25 I seem to recall. The supplier had something to do with JCB in his username.

I have seen IRFP9240/IRFP240 made by Siliconix ( Vishay-Siliconix?) in the market. Not seen often.
