OK,
all you folks out there! Lets work on it that Nelson´s really challenged to top. As he states that fairness is not necessary (which I personally like. Fairness is something for Golfcourses and often not even there Uli

This looks like it's going to be fun to watch. If I wasn't so far away I'd offer to help. If you can think of anything that you may need ASK!!!!
Nelson needs a little competition. Mark

Does anybody mind having some kind of dc-servo in the circuit?
When I was younger and did my first homegrown preamp with audiophile approach I cap-coupled the output (first quality PP caps). I later tweaked that pre to dc-servo instead of those caps and was fascinated by the quantumjump in soundquality. Is it allowed to mix up a Pass design with opamp servo circuitry? Uli Promise: the board will be at least 11" long

Realising that a servo will require active devices ( trannies if you follow the rest of your circuit) and that a cap is simpler. Why not make it possible for the difference to be tried. Both. Let the user find out the differences.

Yeah as the pcb will be a universal one, I will implement both versions.
