Mosfets usefull for SOZ

Id like to make a list of mosfets tested for son of zen..We all know the IRFP 240, but what else have you guys tried??

irf540, irfp250, irfp150n, irfp140a. everything works! Try some yourself and you'll discover your preference. (I liked the irfp140a from fairchild best)

Just about anything that doesn't break will work.

I ever tried with obsolette Hitachi MOSFET 2SJ50 and 2SK135 and the sounds is still good with more deep bass

What about STW38N20 from ST ?
Who try to use CoolMOS or MDemash mosfets in the class A power ampilifiers ?
