I think the amp contains 20 pairs of output devices. Check out the review on 6moons.

more pairs -

spreads heat out over heatsink, less power per device = greater reliability

less current variation through each output pair = much lower distortion

increases total current handling capacity = ability to driver nasty low impedance loads

Yeah, what you can't see in the video is the complementary devices under the top row shown. 40 devices total.
