Mos V Mosfet

I saved these transistors thinking they were bridge rectifiers of some kind.
Turns out they are MOSFETs. Capacitance looks high, current rating is low, voltage rating is high. Doesn't look suitable for audio. Are they useless? See PDF.

Mike W. sent me some examples of APT in the past. Big piggies they are.

Note that from 0 to maybe 5 volts nice linear region.

Zero tempco at a mere 40 amps.

Certainly worth a try, but the best luck I have had with this is depletion
mode parts. Still playing with it...
