KCC CL 30 What kind of part?

Hi,

If I open the Amp I see 4 KCC CL 30. Does anybody know what rule they have?

CL-30 GE Sensing | KC003L-ND | DigiKey

In typical Pass amps they are for soft start, and for chassis grounding.
