Not sure if this is the right place, or not. But I've got a Pass Labs X1 Preamp and I'm wondering about building a DIY Power Cable. You know...The one that goes between the power supply and the preamp its self.
It appears to just be a 25 pin serial cable, but before I go trying different ones...anyone have an experience with this? |

The one and only

It's just a DB25 with lots of parallel wires.

So I guess that answers that.....
....thanks Nelson. Is the pin-out for which ones are together available anywhere? Any store-bought cable that sounds better than the blue-ended one I have here? I'm sure Belkin makes something gold-plated, but does anyone have any experience with this? |
