Toshiba 2sj201 and 2sk are out of production?

Nope, although the lateral MOSFETs from Exicon and Renesas (discontinued) do almost as well. Troy Huebner, when he was at Nat Semi, compared the devices and published an application note to this effect.

My accountant calmed me down...the work putting out F5 kits was taking up too much time and many of the folks who were building didn't have the knowledge to work with the lower Idss jfets...but I have a lot of vertical and lateral MOSFETs, and made some F5 boards which can use paralleled jfets from Fairchild.

its given as EOL announced in Toshiba site and hence will not be available pretty soon. Is there any alternative in Toshiba for 2sj201 ?

There is the 2SK3497/2SJ618 pair; Patrick EUVL seems to like them a lot. Although in production, they seem to be made of unobitanium.
