Default Some Questions for building X2 rev0 or 1 Clone

Hello i am planning to build an X2.
So far the most is clear...

But I want to delete the Balanced Input Stage for XLR and want to go with the XLR direct into the Balanced line Output
But for that I need a -input there.

I am right when i mirror the +input part at the gounded input and take it as -input???
(something like that on the picture)

Would this work without problems?

I have looked around in the forum but found nothing

maybe someone of you have a great Idea / solution for me.

Thanks

The circuit is essentially a differential pair; as such it can almost* always be reworked for balanced inputs (e.g. as in the 2nd schematic).

* sometimes very low impedance feedback networks are used that yield only a very low impedance 2nd input, which might or might not be suitable for your source (not the case here as there is not NFB path at all).
