It is possible to use hi-power 500w MOSFet fot the output stege of zens or alephs? It may make non-necessary the selectin

The one and only
|
I've got some of those modules, and if you look inside, they
are usually 4 parallel transistors. There is no indication from the manufacturer that they are matched (designed probably for switching anyway) and no way to tell. On the other hand, I still plan to use them someday.
