Choice of diode strongly depends of the switching frequency but in general you must have faster diodes than normal recifier diodes (50/60 Hz applications), shottky or fast recovery diodes

The mosfet symbol is a special type of mosfet which has a zener like body diode.

Sorry but I cant see any diodes except the Ultrafast Bridge.
The mentioned iodes are integrated into the MosFets!
You dont need extra diodes in these places!

You don't need 4 50A mosfets. Why can't you use the ones which are suggested?

How many amperes are you planning to take out? I'll see a 6.3 A fuse in the schematic.

BTW: Isn't this thread in the wrong forum. Car audio would be better. Maybe a moderator will move it?

That a modified version.. the original schematic suggest the MTP75N that are 75A and the IRFZ44N are 49A!
