I don't know if that the right place but i'll try!
What's the best rectifier to use on heave current SMPS?
Sorry i mean this symbol that i don't know the name..

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
Choice of diode strongly depends of the switching frequency but in general you must have faster diodes than normal recifier diodes (50/60 Hz applications), shottky or fast recovery diodesMaXiZ said:I don't know if that the right place but i'll try!

The mosfet symbol is a special type of mosfet which has a zener like body diode.
I work around 50kHz and with a car battery with +12V@50Adepends of the switching frequency
Do you have any schematics? Where are the diodes placed?MaXiZ said:

Sure...
And the mosfet are the IRFZ44N
