F7 may go commercial unlike F6. Who manufactures complementary SITs; SONY, Yamaha, etc to supply Passlabs? The SemiSouth patent also talked about SIT devices. wrenchone designed a circuit to L'Fake an N-channel SIT using N channel MOSFETs. His circuit can also make the complementary L'Fake SITs because the N-MOSFETs have P channel complements.

I only have a few; 8ea 2SK82 and 2ea 2SJ28.
The fever is mounting though.
One pair 82 single ended, 2 pairs of 82 for F6 or something, and 2 pairs for complimentary amp.
I have what I need, but what about matching, oh no!

No, the F7 is complementary push-pull.

Will the output stage operate in common source or common drain configuration? True or quasi complementary?

If I've understood correctly the magic of this amp is that the transformer splits the phase on the top and bottom .

What I wonder though is if it would be possible to invert one of the windings such that both parts would play in phase instead to try to get som single ended love?

This was the same as Mr. Pass schematic in post #1.
In post #292 Mr. Pass corrected the schematic.
Finally in post 306 Mr. Pass said, "Really, it was an honest mistake. The only mystery is how the circuit worked so well that way..."

So try it, it can't hurt anything! Easy to switch back and forth.
