I look forward to Zen Mod's [and other's] Grand Sell-off of Monoblocks or stereo diyamps. Count me in. Really, what do you do with 10 of them [for example] sitting on the shelf and used every blue moon?; noting that you'll add another 5 or more to this resting collection in the future?

Are dual transformers necessary or can you get away with single with 4 windings? ASSuming sufficient transformer.

but , I put it there only because I already had it , not because I like it more than , say , two 300VA in same place

Consider low frequency PSU crosstalk cancellation by running the two channels in opposite phase.

I thought.... firstfault....Nelson meant....second fault.... The resistors splitting will reduce the 100Hz, 200Hz harmonics, coming from the 50Hz (or60Hz ) current!



I will measure with my distotion program one channel splitted and normal and show you the results!

Right ZM....we are not restricted by Commercial Cost Control issues.

Objective for us is ...how great we can get music to be.
