it comes to 280euros + vat. for just the sinks
or 584euros+vat for 2 chassis

Quick question again.
PSU pcbs? again from ebay? Unfortunately the store ones cannot cannot fit so big caps in sixes. Maybe only four. Unless I use 2 of them, one normally and one as a cap bank for a CCCRC configuration... We ll see when the time comes

If you are still looking for isolation pads, I got these from mouser
189790F00000 Aavid Thermalloy | Mouser

They seem pretty decent until now.

Both from modushop? from what I see, 4 5U sinks are 120euros plus vat plus shipping. Shipping to US should be on the high side though...

yes,from modu you need 4 sinks pr chassis. one chassis pr channal

yes it looks like e-bay PCB's. same PCB's are also sold by chipamp.com for 9$pc.

Ah cool. So it s more or less the same with parmetal then... It then falls to what is closer to you to avoid the shipping costs...

more or less i think parmetal's sinks are a little more efficient. they got a little higher fins

Oh and just noticed. The modushop ones are small (20cm or 30cm). So you need 8 per channel...
So it s actually the same cost. In parmetal you pay them twice for the anodizing, in modushop you pay it for the size... I guess we could live with natural look
but it s still the shipping cost in the middle...
I ll probably go for an entire case...

the 5U sinks are 250mm. all others are 200 and 300mm.
you only need 4 pr ch.

i went for heatsinkUSA's 10.08" profiles 12"long. 8pc was 750$ inkl shipping.
