I would guess thats just a jumper conecting the traces?

Anyway the Gate resistors are placed far away from the gates of the Mosfets (long trace) with is not a particulary good idea I´m afraid..

What you see is a DIY attenuator available in Taiwan. The price is about $25 ~ $30 USD, but you need to assemble yourself.
