Default Pass circuit to unbalance and buffer?

Hi guys!

I'm curious to know if there is any Pass circuit that could be used to sum a balanced signal while serving as a buffer with high input and low output impedance ... Something like a Broskie cathode follower but with fets ...

Best!
Johan
