I think Zhoufang is still selling 2sk170/2sj74. Otherwise I would probably use 2sk246 2sj 103

What the hell is going on with Toshiba.
They don't seem to be interested in Audio anymore at least from the point of view of manufacturing mosfets and jfets. Luckily I have a tonne of 2sk170/2sj74. And for output I have a tonne of IRFP240/9240, and a tonne of lateral mosfets. Would have been nice to try out the toshiba devices though. |
