Both I suppose.
Since Toshiba no longer make either small signal jfet or power mosfet then I suppose Nelson will want to use Semisouth.
I noticed Nelson is now using Toshiba power mosfets on his latest amps.

Nelson now uses Toshiba.
Not sure what assumptions to make.
Initial assumption is that they are used on output. I am quite sure Nelson is using source follower on output. So I suppose it could also mean FE if he just means voltage gain.
