Hitachi scopes aren't half bad, imo.

(60 bucks => need hitachi v-152f scope manual analog/digital storage scope)

Proper disposal? That a good idea - It's yours if I ever buy a new one. It has universal PSU, so you can use it over there where your voltage is funny.
