I guess he means that if one wants 100 watts or so level heat dissipation in that configuation the bias needs to be ~100ma.
I was just making some quick calculation on impact of rail voltage increase in V3 and realized that I was underestimating heat sink requirement.
For example, if the bias is 1A per mosfet in Daniel's configuration, heat dissipation per channel is 1kw. My F5 has 12inch 8 inch , 1 inch long fin for 62w. For 1Kw dissipation, I would need 3.3m long heat sink!
Since many main stgream high end speakers's power requirement comes from not the overall low efficiency, but very high current requirement in low frequencis due to dips in impedance and phase rotation, one should make careful consideration of their speaker's requirements.
Of course if what you want is to drive 80db efficiency speakers to 120db, that's different stroy, but that's really not my thing!!

Please change my request to 4 V3 input boards, 4 V3 output boards, and 4 PSU boards as I am building mono amps. Thank you for your excellent efforts.

Westly,

you'll need 2 x V3 output boards + 1 V3 input board + 1 PSU per channel.
If you're going balanced, you'll need 4 x V3 output boards + 2 x V3 input boards + 1 PSU per channel.

To explain.

Each out put board is for either the P or N channel mosfets, not for both.
