Not sure of a good place for the aluminum
Have seen soft-starts on ebay but it would be better to make one from scratch i bet.

So what do you do for multiple P and multiple N channel? Do you just wire in parallel?

Mouser and digikey got all kinds of them Dales,ohmite's
Try a pic again ,check to make sure it uploads! then submit,just trying to help.

Looks like that will work,In nelson's manual he says you will need more PS and possibly to piggie back the small fets for more gain to drive them,reread the article,he outlines it well enough ,IIRC he also tells how he biases them to.

Pretty sure that was the "kit" from buzzforb's GB. If so the red resistors are PRPs I know that Parts ConeXion sells them.

Your correct they are indeed PRP I am just looking to see if there is a supplier in the UK to save me looking is there a BOM on the forum for the F5T cascoded and non cascoded anyone??
