Hi,
My question is for use with single ended, when shorting the (-) input, I could use a higher quality film cap for the + input and - output? Leave the - in and + out with cheap electroyltic caps? Ideally same logic applies to P1.7 ? or would it be better to short the + input so you get non-inverting output? Thanks |

whatever you do , both input signal caps are always in signal line/path
any input , even if grounded , is still in signal path

Please clarify.
At which point(connections) do the + and - input share the signal path, (even if one of them is grounded)? |

I said always
that pretty much covers every point/connection ![]() it's pretty much clear that signal is flowing through both caps when both inputs are used ; but - if you observe that signal side is virtual gnd for (each) input , then is logical that cap is important in both cases - when input is virtually and actually grounded
